Around 1847 a Belgian inventor named Adolphe Sax created the saxophone. Since that time variations on Sax's great creation have taken form, including some very unusual examples. Saxophobia brings to the stage a "Who's Who" of sax gone wild! The audience will see and hear the smallest saxophone in the world; a mammoth six-and-one-half-foot contrabass sax; and virtually everything in between, and even an original 1880 Adolphe Sax tenor. Rob Verdi shares the stage with RHS jazz band, who rise to the occasion. Wow!
